Separation of several Ubisoft game makers from this company

A new report announces the farewell of several Ubisoft game makers to this famous company. This volume of resignations is problematic for Ubisoft.

Many Ubisoft gamers are resigning, and many employees at the company refer to this as the "Great Exit." The number of resignations increased so much that it made it difficult for Ubisoft to do some work. Of the 25 senior members of the Far Cry 6 game development team, five are leaving Ubisoft, and of the 50 senior members of the Assassin's Creed Valhalla game development team, twelve are parting ways with Ubisoft.

This massive resignation is not limited to top members of the Ubisoft team. Ubisoft Toronto Studios (the creator of the Splinter Cell remake) recently lost 60 members, and so did Ubisoft Montreal Studios. The process of making some games has been virtually halted due to lack of manpower, and Ubisoft has no choice but to delay some of its games behind the scenes. This information was published in the exclusive report of Axios media .

Low salaries, better job opportunities at similar companies, and the fatigue of creative team members working at Ubisoft are just some of the reasons why this happens. Because the poor working conditions of several Ubisoft studios have been compared to Activision Blizzard by many media outlets and game developers. Electronic Arts and Take-Two are now in a much better position to retain their employees than Ubisoft. Ubisoft, meanwhile, is looking to make a lot of money by including NFTs in video games.
